I WOULD like to draw to the public’s attention an incident which occured to me on a number 5 bus going into town, recently.

I showed my bus pass to the driver and, as I put my foot up to go to sit down just behind, he pulled off.

I fell back and just about saved myself from hitting my head.

Nobody on the bus offered to pick me up, or ask if I was okay. I was very shaken-up and have bruises all over.

I think it is disgusting the way the public acts in circumstances such as these. We should care more about other people, instead of not wanting to get involved.
