HAS nobody noticed that the lift at Cowley Centre has been out of action once again?
This does not seem to be classed as an emergency – or it would be repaired the same day it breaks.
How can one carry a trolley down the stairs to get below.
Surely it doesn’t take two weeks to repair a lift.
