Both teams battled in the first half to end it 2 0 with a fantastic free-kick from Matthew Jarvis and well hit drive from Harry tyler. Wantage keeper making good saves to keep the score down.
Arter Manager Karl and coaches Brian and Rogers half time pep talk the boys were ready to give a second half to be proud of. excellent team play and passes enabled goal from Matthew Jarvis 2 more to make a hat trick, another from Harry Tyler, 2 from Joshua Martin and goals from Charlie Brant, Thomas Smith and Jamie Ballard made it ten.
Commiserations to Wantage who battled hard throughout the match against a Steventon team out to put last weeks poor performance behind them. The Manager and coaches want to thank the team for a great game, The ref Tony Kinchin and Linesmem Andy Wier and Wantage official.
