JUST days after pupils returned to school, there are fresh concerns for the safety of children cycling in Abingdon.
Two young cyclists have been killed in accidents in the past year.
The county council has money to spend on safety measures and it needs to spend it fast.
But parents must also play their part by making sure their children are well-prepared for the dangers they may encounter.
