A 33-year-old man has been charged with four counts of theft from a vehicle, one count of vehicle interference, one count of going equipped and one count of possession of an offensive weapon in Oxford.
Sunil Banger, of no fixed abode, was arrested by officers in Oxford city centre yesterday.
He has been remanded to appear in Oxford Magistrates’ Court today.
