STAFF working for rail firm CrossCountry, which serves Oxford and Banbury, are to start a month of industrial action in a dispute over pay and working conditions.
Members of the RMT union voted four to one in favour of taking action short of a strike.
From Monday until September 2, there will be a ban on working overtime, and on Sunday working, unless it was pre-booked.
Train crews will also refuse to clean train interiors during their journeys.
CrossCountry said it did not expect the action to disrupt services.
