A flasher exposed himself to a crowd including young children.
Police are appealing for information after a man standing in a field exposed himself to people, including four young children and their mother, at about 6.55pm in Salt Way, in Banbury, on Tuesday, June 9 The flasher was white, aged between 40 and 50, and about 6ft tall.
He had short black hair and big ears, and was skinny. He was wearing a grey jacket, light blue jeans and white trainers.
Pc Lou Heffernan said: “I urge anyone who might see this man, or have any information to help with my investigation, to contact me.”
