I HAVE a pensioner’s bus pass and my wife uses a disabled bus pass. We have experienced some confusion over the issuing of tickets.

We have boarded the number 10 bus at Wood Farm to go to Cowley Centre and have received tickets for city centre or Crescent Road quite a few times.

The other Sunday, we boarded the 10 bus at Cowley Road, Manzil Way bus stop to go to Wood Farm and received tickets marked Oxford City Centre to JR Hospital: wrong starting point and wrong destination.

What the cost was I do not know, but some extortionate price, I dare say.

No wonder Oxford City Council is complaining about the cost of the scheme.
