Broken down vehicles caused long delays for drivers on the A34 near Oxford today.
A van that broke down on the northbound carriageway near the Peartree interchange led to queueing traffic on the Western Bypass.
Another broken down vehicle on the A34 northbound between the Hinksey Hill Interchange and the Botley Interchange, led to congestion back to the Marcham Interchange.
The A417 was also blocked both ways following a two-car crash between Wantage and Rowstock.
