Gavin Minns, 31, of Cranley Road, Headington, admitted possessing 2.66g of a white powder containing amphetamine on September 29 in Oxford. Given six month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £30 costs.

Alison Cox, 36, of no fixed address, admitted causing harassment, alarm or distress on October 13 in Oxford.

Also admitted failing to surrender to bail at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on November 20. Ordered to pay £125 fine and a £15 victim surcharge.

Andrew Lennon, 27, of Speedwell Street, Oxford, admitted stealing a pair of sunglasses worth £140 from Sunglasses Hut in Oxford on September 26. Jailed for 28 days.

Charlotte Orchard, 27, of Barton Village Road, Barton, admitted stealing cosmetics worth £249 from Debenhams in Oxford on November 29.

Given 28 days in jail, suspended for six months.

Aidan Gilmore, 27, of Nightingale Avenue, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Rymers Lane, Cowley, on September 20, with 96 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Also admitted driving other than in accordance with a licence, and driving without insurance on the same day. Sentenced to 200 hours of unpaid work, ordered to pay £200 fine, £60 costs and a £15 victim surcharge and banned from driving for five years.

Luke Williams, 19, of Preachers Lane, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis on December 5 and August 13 in Oxford. Ordered to pay £85 fine, £25 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Mark Barber, 32, of The Parade, Kidlington, admitted racially aggravated common assault on October 25 in Oxford. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Sentenced to a 12-week curfew from 7pm to 6am and ordered to pay £75 compensation.

Marius Paraschiv, 28, of William Kimber Crescent, Headington, convicted of drink driving in Park End Street, Oxford, on August 10, with 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Ordered to pay £150 fine, £150 costs and a £15 victim surcharge and banned from driving for 12 months.

Wayne Giles, 29, of Park Avenue, Kidlington, admitted stealing a jacket worth £38 from Next in Oxford and six Tamagotchi toys worth £58.82 from Argos in Oxford, both on October 22; failing to surrender to bail at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on November 6; stealing a handheld computer and accessories worth £400 from the Early Learning Centre in Oxford on October 20; stealing three boxes of boys’ toys worth £37.50 from the Early Learning Centre in Oxford on November 6 and possessing a wrap of heroin on November 18. Sentenced to one-month supervision order with treatment for drug dependency.

Shaun Collins, 45, of no fixed address, admitted causing harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on November 3. Jailed for 56 days.

Joanne Craft, also known as Rosie O’Caine, 25, c/o Blackstock Close, Headington, admitted stealing food and alcohol worth £7.51 from Tesco in Cowley on October 26. Ordered to pay £50 fine, £60 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Raswan Abbasi, 29, of Dodgson Road, Oxford, admitted causing harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on May 15. Ordered to pay £135 fine, £450 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Ajay Banta, 21, of Rose Hill, Oxford, admitted using a car without insurance in Cowley Road, Oxford, on June 12.

Laura Horn, 23, of Samor Way, Didcot, convicted of speeding after being caught driving at 41mph in a 30mph zone on the B480 in Chiselhampton on June 7. Proved in absence. Ordered to pay £350 fine, £80 costs and a £15 victim surcharge. Also given four penalty points.
