I think it might be time to admit I have problem and seek some help.
I'm not talking about my social drinking, just the nagging pain in my foot.
Sorry to go on and on about it in a boring fashion but it is taking over the tri-chicken's life.
It is so frustrating not being able to run al the time.
Most of the advice I am getting claims it is probably plantar fasciitis. That's bad as it lasts for ages and can be almost impossible to get rid of.
I am tempted just to see what happens if I keep running through the pain barrier - maybe it will strengthen it in the long run.
