Littl'un suddenly started waking up at 5.30am.
At first we thought it was a left over symptom of when she was poorly.
She'll wake up, cry a bit, then when you go into see her, she seems wide awake and ready to play.
After a week or so of this and spending up to an hour trying to get her back to sleep, we tried all the possible remedies - toothing powders, more decongestant capsules etc etc.
Then one morning as I stood over her cot, stroking her face to try and get her back to sleep, I realised her room was bright as daylight.
Seems 'Spring Forward' may have had her thinking it was breakfast time.
Himself put up a black out blind behind her curtains last weekend and, touch wood, she's been fine since.
