A leading law firm has announced they plan to move to a larger Oxford office, as they add another member to the team.
Regional law firm Howes Percival just appointed commercial law specialist Max Windich and revealed plans to expand into more spacious premises in the same building.
Mr Windich, previously at Bartington Instruments Ltd, is an Oxford local with a wealth of experience advising a variety of clients, from government organisations to colleges and multinationals.
His skills span, procurement and outsourcing transactions, IT, as well as complex supply chain and licensing agreements.
The Oxford branch of Howes Percival was established in January 2024 after the takeover of commercial, IP & media law firm Maier Blackburn.
James Howarth, partner at Howes Percival said: "Max is a fantastic appointment and was one of the first names on our wish list for Oxford.
"Max’s arrival signifies the next step in our growth plan in the Oxford market and he brings with him significant technical expertise."
He also said: "We will continue investing in and developing our commercial and IP presence in the Oxford market."
This development follows a broader period of growth for the firm, which opened new offices in Cambridge, Manchester and Milton Keynes in recent years.
