A lane of the A34 in Oxford will be closed this week for four days for urgent gas repair works.
Half of the major dual carriageway closed today to allow engineers to fix a leak in a recently fitted pipe near the Botley Interchange.
The work started today (Monday, April 29) and is expected to take four days.

It comes after previous closures between September and March at the interchange that led to lengthy delays for motorists.
The kerbside lane heading south will be closed from around 100 metres north of the Botley Interchange to just past Stanley Close.
A 40mph speed restriction will be in place past the work site.
Gas company SGN said the work would not affect the gas supply of residents.

Bradley Barlow, a spokesman for SGN said: “We’re sorry for any inconvenience our work may cause to the local community.
“We understand people can get frustrated by roadworks and therefore we only use traffic management that we feel is efficient enough to complete these works safely for ourselves and the public.”
The Botley Interchange fully reopened after a six-month-long work in March.
Work on the roundabout started last September and finished ahead of schedule on March 1.
The interchange was reduced to a single lane of traffic with the initial target for completion of the works being at the end of March.
