A software company based in Thame has welcomed 10 new members to its team.

The new appointments at three rocks brings the number of staff to 38, following the enlistment of two board executives, chief technology officer, Matthew Rawlins, and chief data officer, Andrew Kaplan.

Mr Rawlins said: "It is an honour to be part of the three rocks team.

"It’s great to see us achieving such rapid growth and a pleasure to welcome so many talented new people into the business to help drive it forward."

Andrew Kaplan added: "Here at three rocks we’re focused on delivering some of the most cutting-edge end-to-end experience enhancement software and data-led solutions.

"All of these new hires have a key role to play in this over the coming months."

These recruitments come after an upswing in the firm's turnover and client roster in the past six months.

This was partly due to the unveiling of the firm's experience management solution known as three rocks XMS.

The newly integrated roles include data team lead, entry level data engineer, project manager, software developers and QA Tester.
