A seven-year-old boy from Oxford is walking his whippet daily to raise funds for a dog recue centre.
For 30 days, Jack will go on a one mile walk with Scoop.
The hope is that it will support Candy’s Hound Rescue, who travel to China one or two times a month to save dogs from harmful practices and the meat trade.
The charity, operated by Kerry Lawrence, relies on public donations to sustain its operations.

After watching a fellow youngster participate in a charity dog-walk during Crufts, Jack decided he wanted to do the same.
Consequently, he embarked on his own fund-raising mission.
Jack has persuaded his parents to adopt Ivy, a rescue dog.
