OXFORD: Anthony Hulse, right, has qualified to become a member of law firm Manches' corporate team. Mr Hulse carries out a variety of work in corporate finance and corporate governance, including acquisitions, disposals and private equity transactions. He is experienced in working with early stage companies including technology transfer spin-outs, as well as undertaking work for banks in respect of the funding of various types of transactions. Meanwhile, Nick Tarlton, above right, has joined the firm's commercial property team. He qualified as a solicitor in September 2007 having completed his training with Rochman Landau, in London.
WANTAGE: Simon Mee, a solicitor with Charles Lucas & Marshall, has become a member of Solicitors for the Elderly - a national association which specialises in providing legal services for older people and their carers. Mr Mee joined Charles Lucas & Marshall's Wills and Estates Planning team at the start of the year. He is the sixth member of the firm's Wills and Estate Planning team to be accepted by Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE). He said: "I have been specialising in legal services for the elderly for several years and am looking forward to continuing my development in this area."
