WALLINGFORD: Lawyer Nikki Poole donned a sequinned bra and pink tutu to take part in a marathon night-long walk to raise money for breast cancer research. Ms Poole, 40, a senior partner at Hedges Solicitors in Wallingford, joined 17,000 women, and some men, for the 11th Playtex Moonwalk - a 26-mile hike through London accompanied by the firm's receptionist, Jane Strange. The duo took about eight-and-a-half hours to finish the course, arriving back in Hyde Park just before nine on Sunday morning. Ms Poole said: "I'm now nursing blisters the size of large walnuts, but it was all worth it." Earlier this year, Ms Poole completed a sponsored climb of Mount Kilimanjaro after overcoming a rare parisitic disease.
