The last small industrial scheme on the 40-acre Bicester Distribution Park has come on to the market.
Equity Estates has built about 50,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation in 14 units ranging in size from 2,760 sq ft.
The buildings all have an internal height of 5.5m, three phase electrical supply, 500lbs per sq ft floor loading and are of steel portal frame construction, incorporating electrically operated loading doors.
Two units had already been sold and a further five are under offer with joint agents lambert Smith Hampton and White Commercial.
Equity Estates will sell the buildings in the region of £105 per sq ft or let buildings on leases at £6.50 per sq ft.
Chris White comments "We suffer from limited stock of good quality industrial and office accommodation in the central M40 corridor and this provides the only new quality industrial scheme of its size in the area."
