Kitchen specialist John Lewis of Hungerford has opened a new branch in Summertown, Oxford. The new showroom - the tenth in the expanding chain - marks a different direction for the company with visitors to the store on South Parade able to see new and older ranges sitting side by side.
The latest kitchen designs are laid out across 650 sq feet, and feature the Artisan Original, Shaker and Natural Oak and Walnut collections in addition to the new Cool Kitchen collection.
Managing director Jon Rosby said: "Oxford is a fantastic location reaching a new clientele and bringing the brand close to its original birthplace. Most of our products are made locally and the showroom has been accessorised using pieces from neighbouring businesses. We are certain that the new showroom layout and ranges will prove very popular with existing and new customers."
