A woman arrested after a man's body was found in a hotel room remains in police custody this morning.
The man, in his 40s, was found dead in a room at the Four Pillars Hotel in Sandford-on-Thames, near Oxford, at 12.50pm yesterday.
A post-mortem examination into the cause of the death carried out last night proved inconclusive. No formal identification has taken place.
Police are still at the scene and are treating the death as "unexplained".
The 39-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of possession of class A drugs.
Police confirmed she was arrested in connection with the death and was still being interviewed by police this morning.
