Someone could not resist a snow-covered car windscreen to share their thoughts on Oxford's Low Traffic Neighbourhoods.

A resident has sent us this picture of a doodle of a heart with LTN written inside scrawled on a car parked on an East Oxford street.

Oxfordshire County Council, which manages the highways, introduced the scheme earlier this year as a trial but the scheme has divided communities.

Some residents in East Oxford have praised the bollards saying streets are safer, quieter and the air is ‘less polluted’.

Critics say that they have displaced traffic and seriously damaged businesses.

Judging by this artwork, this mystery artist appears to be a fan.

In any case it certainly makes a change from 'wash me'.
