Ambulance crews have been called to Templeton College in Kennington following an accident involving a cyclist.
The Oxford Mail was alerted to the incident after a resident spotted an air ambulance landing at the college.
A South Central Ambulance Service spokesman confirmed crews were called to the scene shortly after 9.15am and that the incident involved a car and a cyclist.
She added: "We don't have many details at the moment, we have just arrived on the scene."
