Traffic was delayed this morning after a lorry overturned near Bicester spilling fuel on the carriageway.
The accident happened at 7.45am at junction nine of the M40, causing traffic queues in both directions on the motorway, and on the A34 between the B430 junction and junction nine.
A spokesman for South Central Ambulance confirmed that paramedics were called to the scene but could not provide further details.
