POLICE investigating the abduction of a 15-year-old girl in Oxford by a gang of men will carry out house-to-house inquiries in Cowley today.
The teenager, who escaped unharmed, was grabbed outside the Spar Shop, Dunnock, Way, Blackbird Leys, on Sunday evening and dragged into a red car.
She was driven to a house in Boundary Brook Road, Cowley, but fled later and raised the alarm.
A 30-year-old man was in custody last night on suspicion of kidnap.
Today, police will carry out house-to-house inquiries in Boundary Brook Road and Howard Street area.
