Christopher Bartram, a former college lecturer and county, district and town councillor for Witney, has died at the age of 84.
He lived with his wife Nancy at Langdale Gate and leaves a daughter Anne. The funeral is tomorrow at St Mary's Church, Witney, 12.15pm.
