AN APPLICATION has been submitted by Richens Care to develop a site in Headington into flats and light industrial units.
The plans will see the building on the site of the former Dring's bus garage in Windmill Road, demolished.
It will be replaced by a three-storey building, which will include one three-bedroom flat, one one-bedroom flat and two two-bedroom flats on the second and third floors.
On the ground floor, there are plans for two light industrial and office units.
An earlier application for a four-storey building with eight flats was turned down.
