COOK and healthy food champion Prue Leith is due to speak at a conference entitled Access, Not Excess: Novel Ways to Nourish the World.
The event, organised by the Oxford International Biomedical Centre and the Royal Institution, will be held at Magdalen College School on Tuesday, April 1.
