THE number of PCSOs walking the beat in East Oxford is set to rise to six in the coming months.
There are four of the support officers working in the area.
One more officer is due to start on Monday, March 17, and another is due to start a few weeks later.
Sgt Andy Barefield said police constables and PCSOs within Thames Valley Police seemed keen on working within East Oxford.
