A MINUTE'S silence was held at County Hall today in memory of former Grove and Wantage county councillor Jim Moley.
Mr Moley, who died last month aged 70, had served on the county council for ten years and was a former mayor of Wantage.
By-elections for his seats on the county, district and town councils are due to take place on Thursday, March 13.
