A hair consultant has been charged with seven offences of sexual assault on women over the age of 16.
Praminder Mankoo, 46, was charged and bailed today to appear at Oxford Magistrates' Court on December 27. The offences are alleged to have taken place between July 2005 and June 2007 at private clinic Hairology, in Upper High Street, Thame, where Mankoo, of Bicester Road in Oakley, Bucks, is a consultant hairologist.
