EVERYBODY’S favourite Zumba instructor George Martini won himself a date on TV dating show Take Me Out.

The 59-year-old appeared on a special over 50s version on ITV on Saturday.

Mr Martini, who leads the OX5 Run warm up and voluntarily takes his zumba classes to Oxford Children's Hospital, went on a date with Valetta, one of the line up of 30 women.

The father-of-three has been single for six years showed off his dancing from the moment he dropped down the love lift and was introduced by host Paddy McGuinness.

After Valetta left her light on and the popular zumba man chose her, it was revealed that he had actually selected her as his 'love at first light' before the show began.

Over the past decade Mr Martini, who runs regular zumba and salsa classes, has voluntarily taken his craft into the John Radcliffe and Nuffield hospitals - take groups of children requiring physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

He said the hospital classes were his ‘way of giving back’ and he has also been running his Salsa Kids programme in schools across the county for the past decade of inspiring youngsters to pull on their dancing shoes.
