A MAN got out of his vehicle on the A420 and hit and dented a passing car as it overtook him.
He damaged the roof of the overtaking car, driven by a 28-year-old man, close to the junction for Littleworth near Faringdon.
Police have now launched a witness appeal after the criminal damage on Saturday, which happened at about 9.30am.
The man was driving a green Fiat 500 car and was described as white, in his mid-40s, with brown hair and a medium build.
Police did not state what he hit the car with, nor if his own car had been stationary as the other went to overtake.
PC Alisdair Uren, based at Didcot Police Station, said: "We are appealing for any witnesses who may have seen this incident or have dash cam footage of the incident to please come forward."
