BANBURY MAGISTRATES

Naomi WIDDOWS, 29, of Penbroke Way, Bicester, admitted failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver on June 23 2015 at Penrith, Cumbria. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

DILWAAR AHMED, 20, of Chatham Road, Oxford, admitted driving while disqualified on February 11 at the A34 Weston-on-the-Green as well as driving without third party insurance and breaching a previously imposed suspended sentence. He was jailed a total of 13 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

SHANE GIVEN, 27, of Lavender Close, Banbury, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on February 12 at Lavender Close, Banbury as well as driving without third party insurance and a valid driving licence. Had 78 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined a total of £240 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

PETER KENMURE, 53, of Bracken Close, Carterton, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on February 12 at Bracken Close. Had 56 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £388 and must pay a victim surcharge of £38 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

PAWEL SKINDZIER, 38, of Warwick Road, Banbury, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on February 15 at Banbury. Had 121 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was made subject to a community order to include 200 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 29 months.

CHRISTINE TABRAHAM, 58, of Warwick Road, Banbury, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on February 11 at Banbury. Had 97 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. She was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 25 months.

SHANE HARRIS, 28, of Hughes Close, Charlbury, admitted driving while disqualified, without third party insurance as well as driving dangerously and failing to stop on November 15 at Gagingwell, Oxfordshire. He was jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months and made subject to a community order to include 200 hours. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85 and is disqualified from driving for 24 months.

OLIVER MARSHALL, 23, of Quickset Close, Spelsbury, admitted being in charge of a vehicle while above the legal drug limit for cannabis on January 6 at Chipping Norton. Had 5.1mcg of the drug per litre of blood. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with 10 penalty points.

OXFORD MAGISTRATES

GILLIAN DAWN NORRIS, 46, of Green Hitchings, Great Milton, admitted to failing to give details of her joint ownership of a property in Gwynedd, Wales, to South Oxfordshire District Council between October 1, 2013, and February 23, 2017. Fined £250, victim surcharge £30 and costs £1,250.

CRISPIN LUKE ROBINSON, 50, of Marler Road, London, admitted to failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver to police in Banbury between June 5 and July 3. Fined £660, victim surcharge £66 and costs £85. Banned from driving for six months.

LEE EDWARD WINDEBANK, 27, C/O Worcester Drive, Didcot, admitted to driving without insurance on the A4074, in Sandford-on-Thames, on May 15. Fined £660, victim surcharge £66 and costs £85. Six penalty points.

ALEXANDER BRIAN SIMMONDS, 21, of Daisy Bank, Abingdon, admitted to damaging an iPhone 6 to the value of £300 belonging to a woman in Oxford on January 15. Fined £100, compensation £300, victim surcharge £30 and costs £40.

RADEK MALKOWSKI, 41, of Havelock Road, Oxford, admitted to assaulting a woman by beating her and assaulting a police constable in Oxford on January 12. Fined £200, £30, fined £80 and compensation £50.

JAMES WILLIAM BISSON, 29, of Ashmole Place, Blackbird Leys, admitted to assaulting a woman by beating her in Oxford on Christmas Day. Jailed for 12 weeks. Restraining order made. Victim surcharge £115.

RIPPON RAJ, 40, of James Wolfe Road, Cowley, admitted to stealing a steam iron valued at £60 from Asda Living in Templars Shopping Park, Oxford, on January 14. Jailed for eight weeks. Victim surcharge £115.

AMANDA SMITH, 26, of Bessels Way, Blewbury, Didcot, admitted to using threatening behaviour and assaulting a police constable in Kynaston Road, Didcot, on December 9. Fined £100, victim surcharge £30, costs £85 and compensation £100.

MICHAEL ANDRAE BOWEN, 21, of Shakespeare Road, Brent, London, admitted to possessing cannabis, a controlled Class B drug, in Oxford on December 14. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, victim surcharge £20 and costs £50.

JAMIE CHARLES BENNETT, 24, of Atkinson Close, Oxford, admitted to assaulting a woman by beating her and damaging a patio and fence in Oxford on December 29. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Restraining order made. Compensation £100.

EMMANUEL TAGOE, 37, of Stockham Park, Wantage, was convicted of failing to provide police with a specimen of breath for analysis in Banbury on August 13, and failing to attend Oxford Magistrates' Court on January 11. Fined £540, victim surcharge £44 and and costs £400.
