WORK is set to begin today on demolishing burnt-out council offices destroyed in an arson attack three years ago.
Vale of White Horse and South Oxfordshire District Council staff have been in temporary accommodation since the fire at their Crowmarsh Gifford offices, near Wallingford.
A new headquarters will be built at the site.
