TAXPAYERS in West Oxfordshire are being consulted on plans to raise tax by an average annual increase of £5.
West Oxfordshire District Council has said it is faced with a number of significant financial pressures over the coming year with reductions in government funding and increasing waste and recycling costs.
A survey has been issued by the council and the closing date for comments is 5pm on Friday, January 19.
