A fourth person has been charged over the death of a pensioner whose body was found in Milton Common.
Lucasz Gajda, 25, and is from Ealing in London, was charged yesterday with assisting an offender in the murder of Thea Zaudy.
The remains of Mrs Zaudy, 94, of Notting Hill Gate, London, were found in a field in Milton Common, between Oxford and Thame, on July 13.
Gadja was arrested on Tuesday evening. He will appear before Oxford magistrates today.
Three people had been previously charged over her death.
Jolanta Kalinowska, 41, of Cavendish Avenue, in Ealing, London, appeared at Oxford Magistrates Court on Saturday, charged with murder.
Her son, Adrian Ryszard Laz, 23, and his girlfriend, Monika Sienkiewicz, 19, also of Cavendish Avenue, appeared charged with assisting an offender in the commission of murder.
All three were remanded in custody to appear at Oxford Crown Court on tomorrow.
