PLANS have been revealed for a 101-bed Premier Inn hotel and Beefeater restaurant north of Oxford.
The hotel and restaurant could be built at the £90m Oxford Technology Park opposite Oxford Airport in Kidlington.
The proposals have been lodged with Cherwell District Council as a separate application to the development of the park itself.
The technology park is expected to create 4,000 jobs among the 440,000 sq ft development of hi-tech, lab and office space.
A new Premier Inn and 150-cover Beefeater restaurant could create 50 jobs if approved by the council.
Work on the park development began in the summer and the first business units could be completed next year.
The hotel and restaurant complex would be ready in early 2019 to accompany the new business hub.
David Williams, a partner at one of the site's marketing agents Bidwells, said: "It is important for a technology park to have a campus-style environment."
"A large proportion of the businesses coming to the park will need to accommodate colleagues and customers from overseas, making the hotel a convenient and valuable asset."
Cherwell District Council’s planning committee agreed plans to build the new £90m Oxford Technology Park on land south of Langford Lane in Kidlington in December 2015 and will decide on the new plans in the new year.
