EMERGENCY repairs have closed a road through Wallingford after a car collided with a telephone pole.
The car hit the pole shortly after 1am today on Station Road and left all the wires exposed prompting emergency electrical repairs.
Engineers are now working to make the area safe and have closed the road both way beteen Fir Tree Avenue and Saint Nicholas Road.
