WITH two weeks to go until the new Westgate Centre is scheduled to open the sign has finally gone up over the entrance.
So far only one word, ‘Westgate’, adorns the way in through the Bonn Square facade but shop fronts are now starting to take shape, including the unit for perfume expert Jo Malone.
The £440m centre will open on Tuesday, October 24 and will feature department store John Lewis plus a host of other top brands.
These include Primark, H&M, Calvin Klein, Cath Kidston and Uniqlo.
Foodies will also have plenty of choice with a ground-floor restaurant space called Westgate Social and there will also be restaurants fronting a rooftop garden area,including cocktail bar The Alchemist.
Curzon will run a cinema.
