BANBURY MAGISTRATES

JOZEF BIALEK, 38, of West Street, Banbury, admitted driving a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit at West Street on August 21 with 113 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work as well as pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85, and was disqualified from driving for 28 months.

AIDAN MCLEAN, 25, of Songthrush Road, Banbury, admitted driving a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit at Upper Windsor Street, Banbury, on August 19 with 56 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 15 months.

RAUL MARTINEZ-DIAZ, 26, of Woodfield, Banbury, admitted driving a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit at Market Place, Banbury, on February 10 with 190 mlg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. He was fined £467 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £46 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with 10 penalty points.

MATTHEW HANDS, 45, of Arden Forest Estate Ridge, Atherstone, Warwickshire, admitted stealing four bottles of vodka valued at £64 from Tesco, Lockheed Close, Banbury on August 21 and going equipped for theft with wire cutters. He was made subject to a community order to include an alcohol treatment requirement for nine months and a rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

BENJAMIN GRISTWOOD, 35, of Oxpen Barn, Pusey, Faringdon admitted speeding by driving 57 mph in a 50 mph area at Wytham on December 15. He was fined £250 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

DARREN STEVENS, 50, of School Lane, Harwell, Didcot, admitted speeding by driving 38 mph in a 30 mph area at Warborough on December 12. He was fined £235 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

WOJCIECH LUCIMINSKI, 32, of Dover Avenue, Banbury admitted failing to comply with a closure order at a flat at Duke Street, Banbury, on August 15. He was fined £50 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

SIDNEY BAKER, 75, of Hogg Lane, Charlton, was convicted of speeding at Middleton Stoney, Oxfordshire, on October 18 last year. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £200 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

OXFORD MAGISTRATES

Angelo De Sousa De Gouveia, 38, of Portway, Wantage, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit on August 25 2017 in Tidmarsh Lane, Oxford. De Gouveia gave a reading of 55mcg in 100ml of breath. Also admitted using a motor vehicle on a road or public place without third party insurance on the saem date in the same location. The legal limit is 35mcg. Fined £250. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 15 months.

Dominic Hodge, 28, of Royal Air Force, Brize Norton, Carterton, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit on August 26 2016 at RAF Brize Norton, Carterton. Hodge gave a reading o 93mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg. Fined £800. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months.

James Wood, 20, of Kingfisher Green, Oxford, admitted criminal damage to property valued under £5,000 on August 26 2017 in Cross Street, Oxford. Wood, without lawful excuse, damaged a Citroen C4 car to the value under £5,000 belonging to a man, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Discharged conditionally for six months. Ordered to pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

Marcus Patrick Keady, 34, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing meat to the value of £77,40 belonging to Wolvercote BP Service Station in Oxford on September 8 2017. Sentenced to prison for six weeks. Ordered to pay compensation of £77.40.

Aaron John Robert Patience, 33, of Marsh End, Tetsworth, Thame, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit in London Road, Milton Common, Thame, on August 18 2017. Patience gave a reading of 93mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg. Also admitted failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody of Oxford Magistrates Court having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. Fined £750. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £75 and costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months.

Teodor-Ionel Gologan, 25, of Cumberland Road, Oxford, admitted on July 20 2017 in Church Street, Didcot, without lawful excuse, destroyed a Samsung S6 mobile phone to the value of about £450 belonging to a woman, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Also admitted on the same day in the location, without lawful excuse, damaging a red Renault Clio to the value of unknown belonging to a woman, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Also admitted assaulted a woman by beating her. Fined £369. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30. Restraining order made.
