Natasha Klugman, 46, of Cave Street, Oxford, was convicted of using a motor vehicle on a road or public place without third party insurance on April 15, in Cowley. Fined £660. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £85. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Madalin Lazar, 19, of Abingdon Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a motor vehicle on a road or public place without third party insurance on March 25 in Bicester. Fined £660. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £85. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Keith Albert Merrett, 65, of Comfrey Road, Blackbird Leys, Oxford, was convicted of driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence in Oxford on March 14. Fined £220. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. Driving record endorsed with three points.

Thomas Rivers, 20, of Beechfield Crescent, Banbury, admitted using a motor vehicle on a road or public place without third party insurance in Banbury on April 11. Fined £300. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Lorinc Varga, 47, of New Road, Banbury, admitted using a motor vehicle on a road or public place without third party insurance. Fined £369. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and costs of £85. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Patrawan Tanwaowaeo, 49, of Queensway, Didcot, was convicted of using a handheld mobile phone or device while driving a motor vehicle on a road in Abingdon on March 1. Fined £220. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. Driving record endorsed with six points.

David Charles Middlemiss, 39, of Roundham Close, Kidlington, admitted driving a motor vehicle while above the legal alcohol limit on August 2 in Headington. Middlemiss gave a reading of 88mcg in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg. Fined £300. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of 385. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 20 months.

Amy Natalie Sneath, 25, of Franklyn Close, Abingdon, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis when the driver of a vehicle. Fined £445. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and costs of £640. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

BANBURY

Paul Brand, 38, of Broughton Road, Banbury, admitted sending an offence, indecent, obscene or menacing public communication to a woman in Banbury on June 18. He was jailed for six weeks suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85.

Jordan skipp, 24, of Park Road, Witney, admitted assault by beating a man and a woman at Witney on January 14. He also admitted breaching a conditional discharge at the time of the offence. He was made subject to a community order with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 25 days and an unpaid work requirement of 40 hours. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 as well as court costs of £250.

John Woods, 36, of Boxhill Road, Abingdon, admitted driving a vehicle at Drayton, Oxfordshire on March 29 without third party insurance and without due care and attention. He was fined £300 for the lack of insurance and £150 for the driving offence, and also ordered to pay court costs of £85. He was also given six penalty points.

Mark Ayres, 32, of Booth Road, Banbury, admitted driving a vehicle at Banbury on July 8 above the legal alcohol limit with 116 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was made subject to a community order to include 120 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and he is disqualified from driving for 27 months.

John Earle, 26, of Crosslands, Fringford, Oxfordshire, admitted stealing meat and bread to the value of £36.20 from Tesco, Bicester on June 22. He was given a conditional discharge for 18 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

Alex Maus, 27, of Heron Drive, Banbury admitted driving a vehicle at Falcon Mead, Bicester on July 16 above the legal alcohol limit with 49 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £275 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 as well as court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Arthur Stokes, 45, of Gillett Road, Banbury, admitted stealing bottles of fragrance to the value of £239.50 from Debenhams, Banbury on July 15. He was given a conditional discharge for 18 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

Safina Briggs. 38, of Barretts Way, Sutton Courtenay, Abingdon, admitted stealing items valued at £178.50, £148.99, £222.97 and £267.49 from Waitrose, Wallingford on June 24 June 29, July 14 and again on July 14. She also admitted stealing a handbag from a woman valued more than £700 in Oxford on July 10 and stealing £812 in items from Boots, Oxford on August 1 as well as breaching a suspended sentence. She was jailed for a total of 27 weeks for the offences and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.
