FOSSIL hunters will be able to get expert help to identify their finds at an Oxford nature reserve this Sunday.
Owen Green of Oxford University’s Department of Earth Sciences will be offering her services at Rock Edge nature reserve in Headington from 2.30pm to 4.30pm.
The Friends of Lye Valley group, which helps look after Rock Edge, has invited people to come and try to find brachiopod fossils which the reserve is known for.
The entrance is found near the junction of Windmill Road and Old Road. For information email friendsoflyevalley@yahoo.co.uk
