A CHARTERED surveyor said he feared a driver has caused thousands of pounds worth of damage after crashing into the wall of his office.
Shortly before 5pm on Monday a woman in her 80s knocked down a fence with her black Vauxhall Agila and hit the wall of Robin Kemp Chartered Surveyors in Old Botley, off Botley Road, in Oxford, pictured.
Mr Kemp said he expected the repair bill to run into ‘thousands of pounds’.
He added: “The outside of the building was damaged and there is damage inside the offices – some of the doors won’t close. We are waiting for the insurance assessors and hope we will be able to continue using the offices – I have been here for 50 years.”
The driver and her passenger suffered minor injuries.
