Erin Burton, 22, of O'Hanlon House, Luther Street, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Luther Street, Oxford, on January 1. Also admitted committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge order. Fined £50 and ordered to pay a 330 victim surcharge.

Bernard Gray, 65, of Barnes Close, Didcot, admitted drink-driving in Queensway, Didcot, on January 4. Had 40 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £150 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a 12-month driving ban.

Matthew Hapgood, 36, of Ruttle Close, Cholsey, Wallingford, admitted stealing sundry boxed items of food and drink worth £182.80 from Rectory Service Station, in Station Road, Wallingford, on September 7 last year. Handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £182.50 compensation, £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Tony Keogh, 28, of Cobden Court, Cobden Crescent, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Cobden Court, Cobden Crescent, Oxford, on September 30 last year. Handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Alexander Rowe, 43, of O'Hanlon House, Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing seven bottles of Jack Daniels worth £161 from Sainsbury's, in Templars Shopping Park, Between Towns Road, Cowley, Oxford, on May 1 last year. Also admitted stealing nine bottles of wine worth £48.23 from Co-op, in Walton Street, Oxford, on November 9 last year. Also admitted stealing cosmetics worth £80 from Boots, in Oxford, on December 22 last year. Also admitted failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody on January 6. Also admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by not attending rehabilitation activity requirement sessions on September 26 and October 7 last year, and failing to notify a change of address on October 17 last year. Handed a five-week sentence, suspended for 12 months, with a six-month drug rehabilitation requirement and a rehabilitation activity requirement. Must pay £209.23 compensation, a £115 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

Donna Webster, 54, of Salter Close, Oxford, admitted assaulting Vanessa Roberts by beating her in Salter Close, Oxford, on September 17 last year. Handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Gary Wickens, 35, of Leach Road, Bicester, admitted stealing three pairs of jeans worth £230 from Hugo Boss, in Bicester, on January 13. Also admitted entering Bicester Village without reasonable excuse, which he was prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order, on the same date. Handed a community order, with a six-month drug rehabilitation requirement and a rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £150 and ordered to pay £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

Dexter Thompson, 34, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing a wallet, bank and ID cards, tobacco, a mobile phone and £5 in cash from a home in Magdalen Street, Oxford, on September 23 2016. Sentenced to 20 weeks imprisonment suspended for 12 months. Defendant must comply with a drug rehabilitation requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement. Ordered to pay £315 in compensation.

Bejamin Daniel David Oates, 24, of Manor Road, Cogges, Witney, admitted using a motor vehicle one a road or public place without third part insurance in Witney on January 1 2016. Fined £300. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.Driving record endorsed with six points.

Zakir Hussain, 37, of Kilbourne Road, Cowley, Oxford, was convicted in his absence of driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence on May 6 2016 in Oxford, namely The Slade. Also convicted of using a motor vehicle on a road or in a public place without third party insurance on the same date in the same location. Fined £300. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.

Brad Nixon, 25, of North Road, Didcot, was convicted in his absence of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver/rider of a vehicle when required between October 23 2015 aned November 20 2015 in Banbury. Fined £660. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £85. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Dene Anthony Warman, 45, of Bernard Close, Yarnton, was convicted in his absence of using a motor vehicle on a road or public place without third party insurance on February 20 2016 in Marcham Road, Abingdon. Also convicted of driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence on the same date and location. Fined £300. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £50. Alice Wychodchi, 34, of The Square, Botley, admitted stealing a bottle of win to the value of £9.99 belonging to The Co-operative store in Cowley on November 13 2016. Also admitted failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates' Court having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on November 14 2016 at Cowley Police Station. Discharged conditionally for six months. Ordered to pay costs of £85. Fined £50 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30.

Liam Barson, 32, of Ruskin Close, Didcot, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on April 28 2016 by failing without reasonable excuse to attend the rehabilitation activity requirement on November 11 2016, November 16 2017 and December 7 2016 and failing without reasonable excuse to keep in touch with the responsible officer. Fined £50.
