Members of the public can view plans for 1,000 new houses on a former American airbase this weekend .
The exhibition at Heyford Park Chapel will give people the chance to have their say on the proposals, which will also include a primary school and several shops.
A group of three housing developers, known as The North Oxfordshire Consortium, is organising the event to gather opinion before it submits a planning application later this year.
The exhibition will take place between 10am and 2pm.
