PEOPLE living near two rivers in Oxfordshire were on flood alert this weekend following heavy rain storms.
The Environment Agency issued two flood watches for the River Evenlode and the River Thame after the downpours.
The agency was keeping tabs on a stretch of the Evenlode from Moreton-in-the Marsh, in Gloucestershire, to Cassington, in Oxfordshire.
Meanwhile, there were also concerns about the Thame from Long Marston to Dorchester and at Chalgrove Brook.
If you want to check up on flood warnings or flood watches in you area, call the agency's floodline on 0845 9881188.
