Woman detained under mental health act after fear for welfare in Blackbird Leys
Police attended a fear for welfare at a bridge in Blackbird Leys Road this morning.
Shortly after 9.15am today, a road was closed as officers were safely resolving the situation.
A woman was detained under Section 136 of the Mental Health Act.
