A 45-YEAR-OLD man has been bailed until September after a man died in a "tragic" crash with a lorry.
The victim, 27, was among three pedestrians involved in the collision in the early hours of yesterday morning, while another injured man wandered from the scene and was tracked down by a police helicopter.
Police were called to the scene at 4.22am yesterday on the Junction 9 slip road at Wendlebury.
They said the lorry collided with the people who had got out of the car on the slipway.
Yesterday afternoon police had arrested a 45-year-old man in connection with the crash.
He has now been released on bail until September 14.
