A DECISION on whether to build 54 new flats in the centre of Kidlington will be made on Thursday.
The controversial application by Cantay Estates Ltd has been criticised for villagers for reducing the amount of retail space available and for the loss of car parking.
Under the plans the Co-op in High Street would be reduced by two-thirds to make way for the new flats.
The application will be discussed by Cherwell District Council's planning committee next Thursday at Bodicote House in Bodicote.
The meeting starts at 2pm and members of the public are welcome to attend.
